03/07/2023Scott Latta X Good morning, -Failing to follow these instructions will result in significant delays to the approval process- Please find attached an approved Coppell Water Line Potholing permit and GIS utility map. Near Sta 0+25 the proposed 2-2” conduits will cross an existing City of Coppell 16" water line, which will need to be located by potholing prior to approval of the Right-of-Way permit application. Please follow the steps below to coordinate the potholing of the City of Coppell's 16" water line. 1. Contact Coppell Public Works Operations at 972-462-5150 at least 2 business days prior to the proposed potholing to schedule a representative of the City to be present when potholing the Coppell 16” water line. 2. Using the attached approved potholing permit, record the depth and location of the water line and update the construction plans accordingly, if necessary. 3. The approved ROW Use construction permit will be sent to you after successful location of the 16” water line.
