We are submitting the above referenced plans to attain an early grading release as mentioned. Full engineering
plans for Bldg. 1 and the Northpoint drive extension were submitted for review on November 16. If possible,
Transwestern would like to begin earthwork for building 1 and the detention pond in the very near future (possibly
