Final Acceptance Recommendation
Dear Mr. Zbranek:
Gupta & Associates, Inc. has reviewed the status of the referenced Project and has determined:
1. The punchlist items identified during the Substantial Completion Inspections have been
completed;
2. The Contractor redline markups have been provided. These have been incorporated into the
contract drawings and record documents have been distributed;
3. All operations and maintenance (O&M) submittals have been received; and
4. All required training has been provided.
Based on the above details, we recommend final acceptance of this Project, releasing final retainage to the
Contractor, and closing the Project.
