ST9301-CS011130From: To: Date: Subject: Suzan Taylor Internet:Debbie. Kiger@Jacobs.com Fri, Nov 30, 2001 9:16 AM Sandy Lake Road Easements Debbie: I have discussed the easements with Ken and have the following responses to your suggestions: 1. Parcel No. 6 - James B. Prewitt: No additional right-of-way is required - we will remain with the existing right-of-way. Ken feels that Mr. Prewitt will allow the city to build the driveways without acquiring the corner clips for the three existing driveways. No legal & plats required. The approximate limits of a retaining wall along this parcel are (+ or -) 26+00 to (+ or -) 32+00. 2. Parcel No. 24 - Peter Parks: We need to acquire separate drainage easements and not revise the existing slope easements to drainage easements. The cost per sq. ft. of a drainage easement is higher than the cost per sq. ft. of a slope easement. The proposed sanitary sewer plans being prepared by Halff & Associates will provide service to the Parks property. Ken is in contact with Halff. 3. Parcel No. 15 - Patsy Ann Phillips: The approximate limits of a retaining wall along this parcel are (+ or -) 40+00 to (+ or -) 41+50. 4. Ken is in contact with the engineer preparing the plans for the subdivision, Trinity Shores, and is aware of the need to move the transition to the east. We will need to keep the drainage and slope easements separate on all of the parcels. The legal & plat for the drainage easements on Parcel No. 24 (Peter Parks) and Parcel No. 14 (King) are high prioritys to complete, the negotiations with the property owners are complete and they are waiting to sign. Your help with these matters is appreciated. Suzan CC: Ken Griffin
