Also, right-of-way may need to be dedicated for State Road (furore Freeport Parkway) to meet the 120' ROW needed. Be aware that a 24" water line is being constructed along the south of Sandy Lake Road. Provide a conceptual utility layout for the site (water, drainage, sewer). On the site plan, the north arrow is shown incorrectly. Need to show inside turning radii for all curves in the fire lane. Need 30' minimum for inside curves. Show existing and proposed ROW width for adjacent streets. A right-of-way comer clip needs to be provided at the northwest comer of the development. WITHDRAWN
