The one question I have is why did the Total Site Area change between the two plans? The original set had a site area of 123,710 SF, but the revised set has an area of 124,146 SF shown on Sheet 8. Is the revised area the correct value? Additionally, we have had further conversations with department leadership regarding the note about the future construction of the sidewalk along the frontage road by the property owner. We have historically allowed this note in place of immediate sidewalk construction since we don’t know when an area is going to fully develop to allow continuous sidewalks. However, since this corridor is developing rapidly, it is likely that sidewalk may be required in this area in the next year or so. We recommend constructing the sidewalk at this time, but even if it will not be constructed at this time, the plans need to account for the future construction of the sidewalk. The plans also include a minor update to the reference to the geotech report (a new report was generated this month). However, the pavement sections remain the same. These are very minor updates that shouldn’t affect your review, but I wanted to send you the latest and greatest.
