On this date, an HBC Engineering representative arrived at the above referenced
jobsite as scheduled for structural steel inspection. A visual inspection was
conducted on the Low Roof Area between lines B.1 to D and 2 to R1 as noted below.
Refer to Structural Steel Report Inspection #9932371, dated
12/02/99.
Metal deck installation at above noted area only, puddle welds
were now determined to be compliant.
