I spoke with Constantine Bakinthas about the comments you submitted with the first review. You had
indicated that the ADA ramps along 121 needed to align with the brick pavers in the drive approach
however, the ramps (concrete, not brick) and approach were drawn as they exist today. I told him to
resubmit the plans indicating that these would be reconstructed according to current city standards. He
stated that an additional sidewalk easement would need to be granted to accomplish this and that he
would indicate that on the revised plans. I told him that would be fine unless I heard different from you. If
you are not in agreement, let me know and I will call him and tell him. Thanks.
