Services: Structural steel inspection.
On this date, an HBC Engineering representative arrived at the above referenced
jobsite as scheduled for structural steel inspection. A visual inspection was
conducted as noted below.
Low Roof Level Framing between lines B.1 to D and 2 to Ri:
1. Metal deck installation, 12 noncompliant puddle welds were
found throughout this area.
High Roof Level Framing between lines D to F and -1 to 7.6:
1. Metal deck installation was not complete at south side
perimeter, line F, was missing half sheet of closure deck.
a. Puddle welds, 42 noncompliant locations were found through-
out this area.
b. Side lap screws were determined to be compliant with the
exception at south side perimeter lap.
