Re: Denton-Tap Road from Cottonwood Creek to Lewisville C.L.
Dear Y~'. Griffin:
The proposed paving and drainage plans for Denton-Tap Road at
S.H. 121 Bypass have been reviewed. Your plans indicate that the
TXDOT Bypass is expected to be completed prior to the Denton-Tap
construction. If this is the case, Dallas Water Utilities
Department anticipates no involvement in your project, since the
water manhole cover and valve cover at the dividing line between
TXDOT pavement and Denton-Tap Road will already be adjusted to
final grade in conjunction with the Bypass construction.
As a note of caution, your storm lateral "A-17" on sheet 20 may
need to be field adjusted with a grade-break under the existing
30" water main to provide adequate (0.5') clearance.
Should you have any questions, feel free to call Jun Battad at
948-4591.
