Dear Mr. Griffin:
Please find attached the information listed below for the preliminary design phase of
Denton Tap Road:
1. Three (3) sets of dated preliminary construction plans.
2. Three (3) copies of preliminary contract documents and specifications.
3. Three (3) copies of the Engineer's Opinion of Probable Construction cost.
We will forward copies of the preliminary plans to the Public Utility Companies next
week. It would be desirable if we were able to set up a meeting to go through the
plans to explain some of the decisions and assumptions we made during the design
phase.
Please call us when you wish to set up a meeting. Thank you for allowing us to
provide the design services for this project, and we look forward to working with you
to finalize these plans.
