Attached, please a copy of the plans sent to us for review. We are unable to approve these plans
as submitted. Please resubmit three (3) complete set of plans for our review and approval once
the following comments have been addressed:
1) Show street details, including a typical section of the street as it connects to SH 121
frontage road. Also show access street culvert (with 6:1 safety end treatment).
2) Provide a drainage area map.
3) Provide a traffic control plan for the proposed construction. This plan will need to be sealed
by an Engineer.
4) The City will need to request for street connection by letter.
5) We recommend that the street be connected at 90 degree to the frontage road. An alternative
would be to provide an acceleration lane.
