Lighting design is completed and approved. Is there a permit form we need to
complete since the city contractor will be installing the conduit? I will
contact ISl to have our inspector onsite when the conduit is laid toward the end
of this month. We will install a transformer on an existing pole to provide
service to the lighting. Will a permit be needed for this?
