Dear Mr. Phillips,
This letter is being sero to request immediate help in relocating a line located yesterday
during the process of construction. It has been noted that one of your lines is located
above the new subgrade of the Creekview Drive street being constructed for the City of
Coppell.
At this time, the underground plumbing work has been brought to a halt till this line can
be relocated at an additional 2'-0" under the subgrade oftbe street. Please provide
whatever aid you can render to remedy this condition. Please call to let ISI know when
we can expect to see TXU on site.
