We have again reviewed your request for a permit for an access to SH 121. Upon our review, we
have determined that the plan as submitted does not meet our minimum design standard for
safety. Therefore, we can not grant a permit for the access for that reason. Please resubmit three
(3) complete set of plans to our office after redesigning the connection.
