SUBJECT: Denton Tap Road; Coppell, Texas

Listed below are items we thought would be worth discussing at the Pre - Construction
conference:
1. Contact Ulys Lane at Metro 817 -467 -7700 or car phone metro 817 - 925 -0802 with
technical questions.
2. Contact Philip Graham at Metro 817 -467 -7700 for coordinates or horizontal layout
questions. If Ulys is not available contact Philip.
3. TxDOT will issue a letter on the crossing at the S.H. 121 Bypass in lieu of a permit.
The letter will advise who to contact and when with TxDOT.
4. Coordinate with GTE to locate conduits at bridge abutment.
5. Execute and return change order no. 1 immediately. C.O. No. 1 provides for
extending two additional 12" water line crossings for future looping of water system
N.E. of The Bypass and Denton Tap. No connections will be made to the existing 12°
water line on the east side of Denton Tap Road.
6. Address location for trench waste and procedures to place waste.
7. Address traffic control for crossings of Denton Tap and at park.
8. Address erosion control.
9. Construction water.
10. Hours of operation.
11. Special concerns for working in Coppell. Provide Chem Can etc.
