Services: Structural steel inspection.
On this date, an HBC Engineering representative arrived at the above referenced
jobsite as scheduled for structural steel inspection. A visual inspection was
conducted on Unit A, Low Roof as noted below.
1. Visual inspection of joist bearing and joist welds revealed
compliance.
2. Bolt tensioning was not complete.
3. One beam was welded in lieu of bolting.
