We have just a few requests/questions before approvals can be granted. 1. Could the anticipated duration of the street closure in the exhibit text be more clearly defined? It looks like the duration 10/5/2026 + 8 weeks, but an anticipated end date for the closure would be helpful. 2. Please submit an updated ROW Use permit application with the estimated road closure start and completion dates revised to match the duration defined in the revised exhibit. A fillable ROW Use permit application is attached for your use. 3. Verify that the Geotubes will be stored outside of the roadway during the drying cycle.
