Dear Ms. Williams:
In early January, we forwarded a form 1082 requesting a permit for a 12" Water Line crossing for
the proposed S.H. 121 Bypass at Denton Tap Road in the City of Coppell. You contacted us
several weeks ago requesting that we change the construction plans to indicate adding a casing
pipe. We have revised the plans to provide the casing and are enclosing herewith four copies of
the revised plans. The city proposes to begin this project in two to four weeks, and we would
appreciate your attempting to process the permit within that time frame. Please contact me if
you need any additional information.
