Construction Plan Approval
Dear Brian:
On August 11, 2001 the construction plans for Nash Manor were approved by the City of
Coppell. You were contacted on August 13, 2001 concerning this matter. To date impact fees
and other fees associated with this project remain unpaid and a construction permit has yet to be
submitted to this office.
The City of Coppell is currently holding 16 sets of approved plans ready for construction. If
these plans are not picked up by your office within seven days of the date of this letter, they will
be disposed of by the City of Coppell. Storage of approved construction plans is not a
responsibility of the City of Coppell. If they are disposed of, you will be required to submit
additional plans for approval prior to the beginning of this project.
