Please find attached two copies of the information listed below:
A. Preliminary plan of proposed bridge improvements with alignment for GTE duct
relocation shown at 80' off future centerline of road.
B. Elevation at duct crossing location with bridge section overlaid. The natural
ground indicated is from field surveys.
C. Horizontal control sheets with coordinates to 80' relocation alignment and control.
D. Copy of Geotechnical report.
We indicated placement of iron rods in the field on the proposed relocated duct
alignment at the end of future bridge approach slabs. We have not set this yet and
would ask you to wait until mid next week to give us time to place the control. Please
call me if you need any additional information. The extra copy is for your design
consultant.
