On this date, an HBC Engineering representative arrived at the above referenced
jobsite as scheduled for structural steel inspection. A visual inspection was
conducted on the Gymnasium Roof Level Framing between lines D to F and 1 to 7.5
as noted below.

-Type bridging was determined to be compliant
with exception of bottom chord attachment to end walls,
3. Welder qualif' tions rev~iewed o~the steel erector were
determined t be compliant.
