Dear Ms. Wiiliams:
We recently forwarded you four signed copies of Form 1082 requesting a permit
for a 12" Water Line crossing of the proposed S.H. 121 Bypass at Denton Tap Road in
the City of Coppell. The pipe matedal indicated in the permit is incorrect. Instead of
PVC the pipe will be Ductile Iron minimum 250 Class.
