Attached are four copies of the water line permit for the execution by TxDOT. Please
ask Ken to sign the permits then forward them with the plans to the Utilities Section.
Also attached are copies of the plans and letter to be mailed to Hussam Awad. We
sent his copy in case you added or changed anything. A set of plans is provided for
