Dear Ms. Williams:
Please find attached four sets of construction plans and four signed copies of
Form 1082 requesting a permit for a 12" Water Line crossing of the proposed S.H. 121
Bypass at Denton Tap Road. We have coordinated design of the water line alignment
with Mr. Hussam Awad of the Design Section of the Greenville Avenue office. We
have coordinated with Mr. Kenneth Shidey of the Greenville Avenue office to obtain
construction plans for the proposed 121 Bypass. We obtained construction plans,
benchmarks and coordinates from Mr. Shirley to assure our design matched the
proposed roadway design.
The project specifications require trenches to be mechanically backfilled to 95%
of Standard Proctor Density at the water line crossing location.
