NOTICE TO PROCEED WITH CONSTRUCTION
Dear Sir:
This letter will serve as your official notice to begin work on the referenced project. For
purposes of the contract, your calendar days will start ten days from the date of this letter.
If you should begin work prior to that date, then the calendar days will commence on the
day work begins. One hundred fifty calendar days was bid on this project for completion of
work. Therefore, if work begins ten days from the date of this letter i.e., November 12,
2001 then the calendar days on the project will expire on April 10, 2002.
