Design Time:
· 60 days if we stay with the States' right-of-way
· If we go outside of the right-of-way it will extend the time frame - not of the design-
but of the time to acquire the easements
· He strongly feels that we will have to go outside of the right-of-way because of Co-
Serve facilities already located in the right-of-way
· He will send two new signature pages
