Dear Clay:
Thank you for forwarding the Certificates of Insurance for the aforementioned project. I
have reviewed the certificates and would like to request the following modifications to
the certificates.
1. The certificates should indicate that the coverage applies on a per
project basis.
2. The cancellation clause of each certificate should be modified to read
as follows: Should any of the above described coverages be cancelled
before the anniversary date thereof, the issuing company will mail 30
days written notice to the certificate holder.
3. Coverage afforded under each of the certificates should primary and
non-contributory to any other coverage maintained by the certificate
holder.
Please request these modifications from the City's insurance provided and should they
have any questions, please have them contact me at (214) 981-6579. These modifications
should be available at no additional charge to the City.
