Bethel Road Project (Dallas/Tarrant County Line to Freeport Road)
Coppell, Texas
Utilities
· Sent out preliminary plan and profile sheets to all utility providers asking them to verify the
location of their utilities as shown.
· Have been contacted by several utility providers. The following utility providers have no
lines/structures in the project area: OnFiber, McLeodUSA-formerly Caprock, CoServ and
City of Grapevine. However, the City of Grapevine does have water service just west of the
City limits line.
· Verizon/GTE contacted TranSystems. Their preliminary assessment indicated the following:

Items For Discussion At Next Meeting With City
· Relocation of existing water/sewer lines and preferred locations.
· Relocation of existing fiber, cable, telephone, electric and gas. Several utilities asked about
leaving in place and using traffic rated manholes.
