Mike Hobbs Transystems - Project Coordinator TranSystems - Project Manager TranSystems - Project Hydrologist Bethel Road Project (Dallas/Tarrant County Line to Freeport Road) Coppell, Texas Utilities · Have been contacted by TXU and provided with facility maps. TXU indicated 19 distribution poles will need to be relocated, as well as all gas lines in the project area. · Have been contacted by a local Touch America representative. He will prepare a letter identifying potential conflicts. · Received a "Utility Reply Form" from SWBT. They provided a number to call to make an appointment with SWBT to locate and/or expose facilities for our survey crew to take elevation shots. Roadway Design Added the following items to the plan view of plan & profile sheets: recessed curb inlet locations · centerline driveway stationing & turn lane stationing · proposed construction easements & proposed slope easements · proposed wall/channel modifications at Royal Lane and Post Office drives Hydrology/Hydraulics · Draft Hydrology & Hydraulics Report in QA/QC review. · Storm sewer design complete, with the exception of HGL.Items For Discussion At Next Meeting With City · Relocation of existing water/sewer lines and preferred locations. · Relocation of existing fiber, cable, telephone, electric and gas. Several utilities asked about leaving in place and using traffic rated manholes. · Drain outlets between R/W and top of back slope for poor drainage areas. · Meeting with DFW Airport to discuss detention ponds and construction & slope easements.
