Wetlands Delineation
Dear Mr. Hatcher:
The City of Coppell owns a tract of land east of Freeport Parkway and north of Ruby
Road. There is a marmaade stock pond located in the southeast comer of the tract of land,
immediately north of Ruby Road. The City requested Geo-Marine, Inc., to prepare a
delineation of waters of the U.S. for this portion of the property.
Enclosed is the Ruby Road Site Wetland Delineation Report. The report concludes that
the stock pond is not a jurisdictional wetland. Please review the report and make a final
jurisdictional determination. If you agree with the report, we would appreciate a letter of
concurrence.
