Dear Mr. Cullar:
Please be advised that I have received and reviewed your request regarding the Denton
Tap Hike and Bike Trail in referenced to Centex Development Corporation. After reviewing this
letter and discussion this matter with the Planning Department it is our opinion that a easement
for a pocket park and continuation of an existing hike and bike trail is acceptable.
Therefore we will be happy to review the proposed Easement in relationship to the pocket
