This averages out to be $20.61/L.F. · City Inspector obtained separate contractor price of $10.75/L.F. to install and paint fence. · Change order is not in line with current construction prices. SRA will contact Philip Bennett with isi to discuss the amount of the change order. Proposed sidewalk along Creekview Drive · The proposed sidewalk weaves in and out of the right-of-way. The sidewalk may conflict with any future fencing installed along the right-of-way by the Parks and Leisure Services Department. · The location of the future Phase III entrance to Wagon Wheel Park is shown on the construction plans and is within + 100 feet of where it will actually be located. · SRA will need to coordinate the construction of Creekview Drive with the future design of Wagon Wheel Park in order to avoid potential construction conflicts. 3. Tree removal from the stock pond area east of State Road · Contractor submitted a change order in the amount of $5000 for removing trees along the stock pond area that were not shown in the plans. · The right-of-way was not staked when the contractor cleared the area. · The change order amount is too high and SRA will contact isi to clarify the number of trees actually outside of the work area.
