Mr. Griffin,
I appreciate your letter in regards to previously sero documemation from ISI concerning
weather. Those letters were in no way directed as a request for an extension of time. As
stated on the letters, it is simply documemation of days we did not work due to weather
conditions.
ISI understands completely the procedure for requesting additional time. These letters
were sent to City of Coppell as documentation only. If weather delays become excessive
to the point of unusual, we will then request for additional time as outlined in the
procedures of NCTCOG.
