The fence issue and the lighting have been resolved with Change
Order No. 1.
· ISI is still seeking the remaining$5,778 balance on the first change
order that they submitted. This includes $500 for tree removaland
$4500 for dirt compaction. We have a bid item for compacted fill at
$1.00/CY. 1-3-02
· ISI has a copy of the latest comments from TDLR dated 12-7-02. A
copy of was faxed to ISI on 1-3-02.
· SRA has reviewed the cut sheets provided by ISI, and the construction
documents, regarding the quantity of excavation. The bid quantity is
incorrect and will need to be revised to 12,500 CY. At a $1/CY this
would result in a price increase of $6,000.
· The City is adding a fire hydrant at Sta. 3+00. Do we have any
documentation on this so that we can add it to the next Change Order?
· The Parks Dept. would prefer to keep the 8" stub into the Park sight.
They feel comfortable with the layout of the future Tennis Center and
had not budgeted to install the line with their project. Can we modify
this to possibly remove some of the line and add a detector check?
· SRA has reviewed and approved both revisions to thegabion walls.
At $133.56/SY this results in a price increase of $11,953.62.
· The use of flex base in lieu of lime stabilization on State Road?
