RE: Creekview Drive and Freeport Parkway
SRA has reviewed the cut sheets provided by ISI regarding the amount of Unclassified
Roadway Excavation. ISI claims that the original bid amount of 6,500 cubic yards was
too Iow. They claim the actual amount is closer to 12, 500 cubic yards. Having
reviewed the cut sheets and our plans we are in agreement with ISI that the 6,500
cubic yards bid for Unclassified Roadway Excavation was in fact too Iow, and that the
actual amount is closer to 12,500 cubic yards. At a $1.00/CY this will result in a
$6,000 increase in Bid Item #102.
