RE: Follow-up Walk-thru Coppell Road Project
DRAINAGE
Note: This walk-thru began at the south end of Coppell Rd.
1o 1st Inlet box just south of Eastwick, pipe separation and eo:lcrete obstruction of RCP.
2. 2nd Inlet box west side of Copell Rd. COming in from sOUth, last joint before
connecting to main. is bad.
3.3rd Inlet box RCP holds water; flow line bad, mud in RCP.
4.Junction box south of Parkway lid is stuck.
$.4th Inlet box.: all pipes leading to junction box need to be sealed.
6.5th Inlet box RCP broken north of Canyon Drive on west side of street.
6th Inlet box grout all joints (gap open).
8.7th Inlet box grout 2'~ Joints.
9. On the east side of Coppell Rd. about 10' into t!~ pipe, the 21" RCP d-roping into
the. (!' X 9' hal'tel needs to have cllnerete remllv,d from joint and grouted.
10. 0n. west,,!de of Coppell Rd. approximately 4~-' into the pi~pe, the 21" RCP dumping
into the 6' x 9' barrel is obstructed by coneme lind joint needs grouted.
