RE: SW 01-02 Sidewalk Repair Project
Dear Jim:
I spoke to you yesterday regarding replacement of curb and gutter which was found to be
damaged in close proximity to sidewalk repair work being done for the City of Coppell
by your company. We agreed on a unit price of $30.00 per linear foot of curb and gutter.
I will give Cynthia a list of these repairs for your approval.
We also agreed there would be a 4-foot minimum repair on curb and gutter. This work
will be done in conjunction with sidewalk repairs, but paid separately from sidewalk
work. If this is acceptable to you, please sign this letter and return to me before any work
takes place.
