The City of Coppell has contracted with Quantum
Contracting, Inc. to repair a portion of the sidewalk in front
of your house. Work is scheduled to begin during the week
of and should be complete and backf'dled
within two (2) weeks of removal. When cleanup and backfdl
is complete, please check for any unrepaired damage to
landscaping and irrigation system and report immediately to
Quantum by office phone (972) 771-9511.
The City will r~epair only that portion of sidewalk that
is marked for removal. If you desire to have additional
repairs made, Quantum will do the additional work at the
same time and for the same unit cost as long as arrangements
are made and paFment in full is received prior to be~innin~
work at your address. All repair estimates and payments will
be handled by the project manager, Cynthia Gracia. Please

should be made by check payable to Quantum Contracting.
