Engineering Services Contract for floodplain review
Dear Mr. Grant:
The enclosed flood study is being resubmitted to you in accordance with our contract with
Kimley-Hom for the review of flood studies for the City of Coppell (agreement attached).
Also, a copy of your review comments from December 13, 2000 are enclosed.
Under the terms of the contract, the review fee for this Conditional Letter of Map Revision is
based on a lump sum fee of $2000, which does include the resubmittal. This project also
requires a CDC review and permit which is an additional lump sum fee of $1000.
