RE: Conditional Letter of Map Revision review for Estates of Denton Creek
This flood study is being processed to you in accordance with our contract with Kimley-Hom for
the review of flood studies for the City of Coppell.
Under the terms of the contract, the review fee for this Conditional Letter of Map Revision is based
on a lump sum fee of $2000.00. This project also requires a CDC review and permit which is an
