Dear Mr. Griffin:
Attached with this transmittal are three copies of Estates of Denton Creek Elm Fork Trinity
flood study that includes an application to FEMA for a Conditional Letter of Map Revision
(CLOMR). Also included are the completed forms for CDC processing. These are additional
copies of the report and CDC forms that you had requested in a recent telephone
conversation.
It is my understanding that Terry Holmes has left with you the fees for the FEMA CLOMR and
the CDC permitting process. With this transmittal the CLOMR and CDC applications Can begin
the processing through FEMA and the CDC program. Please call with any questions relating to
either of the packages.
