General. CDC Applicants are requested to provide the following detaiied hydrologic and hydraulic
information for all proposed projects within the CDC Regulatory Zone of the Trinity River Corridor. This
form and the data provided by the CDC Applicant herein are required to supplement Part 1 of the
Application Form. However, in certain cases the City/County may release the CDC Applicant from
completing all or portions of this form if the proposed project satisfies specific provisions. The CDC
Applicant is encouraged to schedule a pre-application meeting with the City/County if there are any
questions regarding the requirements of the City/County. This application is considered public
information and will be distributed to affected Federal, State, and local governmental agencies. Please be
as complete and concise as possible. Incomplete information can cause delays in the CDC process.
