301, and also being a portion of Lot 20, Block B of Fifth Section, North Lake
Woodlands, an addition to the City of Coppell, Dallas County, Texas as recorded
in Volume 78238, page 2025, Deed Records of Dallas County, Texas and
conveyed to Cheri Diane Frazier as described in the warranty deed recorded in
