We have been holding the retaining on the contract for extending the Sanitary
Sewer approximately 600' along Dividend Drive to serve the Lesley Tract. The
contractor indicated he has not received an approval letter from the City, Please
forward this memo to the appropriate City staff and ask them to prepare an
approval letter or forward us a list of the work remaining. We would prefer
getting an approval letter before we issue final payment.
Thank you for reviewing the plans in an expeditious manner. The installation
went smoothly and Tri Dal was good to work with on this project.
