Remarks
Per our telephone conversation, this is the "paper trail" that we have in our records
conceming this Licensing Agreement. Pdor to approving the Landscape Plan, this
Agreement must be executed. This Agreement will be revised by our City Attomey
per the staff comments, your input as well as to specifically include the maintenance
for the landscaping proposed within this public right-of-way. Once completed, City
Council approval will be required.
Please provide the information and documentation as requested, and we will
coordinate the preparation and approval of the Licensing Agreement and the
Landscape Plan.
