Re: Transfer of funds from Bethel Road Sanitary Sewer Project SS 94-02C
to DeForest Road Rehab. Project ST 95-03
Dear Mr. Sharp:
It is our understanding that due to additional work on the DeForest Road Rehabilitation Project
that there is a shortfall in funds. The additional work is due to the saturated conditions of the
subgrade. The City of Coppell requests that $1200 be transferred from the Bethel Road Project
SS 94-02C, (I$416) Acct. # 120-884-831-7 to the DeForest Road Project ST 95-03, (IJ424) Acct.
# 120-716-831-7 to cover the shortage.
This letter will serve as authorization from the City of Coppell to transfer the funds from the
Bethel Road Project to the DeForest Road Project.
