REt Deforest Road Project
I talked with Garreth Campbell of Engineering Services today. He
indicated that of the $80,000 allotted for this Job, it seems the
job will be less than $60,000, so they will use the extra funds to
widen Deforest Road. The arrangements are being written out now
and will go to council 8/27/96 then to County commissioner on 9/1
or 9/2/96. If all goes as planned they should be starting the wor~
in six weeks. Mike Martin will follow through with Mike Sharp of
Dallas County Road and Bridge District I to complete the paperwork
necessary.
