Suzan,
I called and left messages with Mr. David Madden 29 and 31 Jan of last week,
then again 4 Feb. I finally got a hold of him this morning and apparently
he has been out of the office and just got back yesterday. He had not
looked at the Ruby Road package and did not say when he would get to it
because he is behind from last week.
Unfortunately, I cannot get you any responses at this time. To be honest
with you, it may take more time than you want to get a decision (I have
another project with him that was submitted on 20 November 2001, with no
response), unless you call him and express the urgency.
I think I have already given you the USACE project number, but if I
haven't... #2002-00031. Mr. Madden's information is as follows...
david.e.madden@swf02.usace.army.mil and 817/886-1741
Sorry that I wasn't much help. I will call him again next week if you would
like.
