Enclosed with this letter you will f'md a revised street sign assessment for the Freeport Parkway
Extension. Prior to the final acceptance of this project, a check in the amount of $691.29 should be
made payable to the City of Coppell and forwarded to Jennifer Armstrong, Finance Director, along
with a copy of this letter. The amount due has been adjusted to reflect signage installed by your
company, which was reconciled with costs for signage installed by the City of Coppell.
Please provide a copy of your paid receipt to our office so that we will be able to verify payment of
the required fees and assure a successful completion of this project.

The following assessment is being made in accordance with the City of Coppell's Subdivision
Ordinance, Appendix A, Chapter VIII A. The following costs of those sign materials required are
based on current pricing which is reviewed on a regular basis.
